Train Travel - Always Check Single Ticket Prices

One of my colleagues is travelling to Cardiff tomorrow on business. The client had agreed to pay travel expenses up to the price of a standard class return which is £132.
I went onto TheTrainline to book tickets and the only return fare available was indeed the £132 one. Just on the offchance I looked at the single fares available and was able to do
London - Cardiff for £72 First Class
Cardiff - London for £25(!) First Class
So he's going First Class which means he'll arrive refreshed and comfortable, and we've saved the client £35 as well.
Standard Class would have been even cheaper.

So, always look for single fare deals long after the return ones have all gone.
Can I help?
