Dont know if this is the right place but will give it a try.
I placed an order on 1/3 for a delivery with tesco on the tuesday lunchtime but it got cancelled. No one contacted me to tell me it had been cancelled. This would have been for delivery on 2/2/10. I noticed on my bank today that they still took the money out for the order on 5/3/10 which then made me go over my overdraft. Obviously had i got my order on 2/2 then i would have put more money in to cover it but to take it out on 5/3 when apparentyl they dont charge your card until they have picked your items etc.
I called them up but they have said to call back first thing but just wondering if i settle for the refund or if i want an explantion as to why it all happened and ask them to pay the charges i have occured due to them taking that money out.
