Glasgow - What to do?

Thinking of going to Glasgow for a long weekend (Friday to Sunday).

Has anyone any suggestions/ideas what to do. Will be travelling by train to get there, so no car and only public transport to get around, so probably nothing too far from city centre.

Thanks in anticipation.

    Nice one there.

I suppose you could have a wander around Glasgow Uni, where the Huntertarian museum is (west end also). As far as transport goes in Glasgow, its pretty good, there is the overground train out to the SECC for the Science centre, and the underground for access to the west end. Stops at Kelvinhall and Hillhead.
