Glowworm boiler question

I cannot find the instructions for my GlowWorm Energysaver condensing open vent boiler. As I am intending to fit a Magnaclean this summer. Can any of you knowledgeable types tell me which is the flow and which is the return.. There are two pipes in the top and they both feel very similar in temperature, in the absence of a thermometer so I could not be sure which was the return. The one on the right has a drain !!!! before it enters the boiler, and I presume that it is the return. Just looking for confirmation or otherwise.
