Complaint to Bourne Leisure

Hi

I want to make a complaint to Bourne Leisure, specifically to someone at the top not just customer services. Can anyone tell me how I can get a name. I have tried google but can't find a name to use only adverts for holidays. Any advice greatly appreciated

Companies house website,you can pay a small fee for names.Otherwise just ring Bourne leisure, ask for the name of the director.

I believe a Mr Harris is the Chairman/Chief Exec. He certainly owned a large part of it years ago.

Similar question asked a few months ago on this board. A 'chat forum search' for 'Bourne Leisure' reveals 4 seperate threads on the subject.

My advice then, as now, was/is to search https://www.google.co.uk for 'Bourne Leisure Director', and several directors names will be returned.

Mark Harper is the Operations Director for Bourne Leisure, Chris Baron is the resort director of Butlins Skegness and John Dunford is the director of Bourne Leisure. hope this helps.

FWIW your complaint will be intercepted by his secretary and it will be put down the normal customer service channel. You may as well just send it straight to them because I doubt you're any more important than the other people writing letters.

I have been trying to get 2 gas bottle deposits back from bourne leisure over 3 yrs now!!! I have tried through Naco and they haven't been any help, I wrote to Bourne Leisure directly and they didn't have the curtesy to reply to my letter I'm an O.A.P. and can't afford to write off £80 x 2 so £160 is a lot of money to me, can anyone advise or suggest any other form of getting my money back?????
