    This is probably just a standard response, as we all still have to sign these agreements as also standard, but if you have your reasons stand by them, you keep on at them too, I believe there have been success with these, have you also checked on the above success thread?

    Hi Tia, they have all been from PPI claims, we cancelled the ppi about 18months ago, we'd had it for years it wasnt until there was so much coverage mainly from Martin that we realised we could reclaim. I have had brillaint back up form the wonderful posters on here big thank you to them. Hope you are successful too.

    I've just had a successful claim back from a Mint loan - after the first letter had a few from them saying that they were investigating then a couple of weeks ago a letter saying they'd give me the refund as a gesture of goodwill. Stick in there :)
