First get photo's of all signs, close up and at a distance. Copy the clamping ticket and post on here, see stickies for howto. Did you pay by cash or card? if so start a bank chargeback, this also applies to visa debit. You will be fobbed of by the bank, but you have to persist or escalate it until they do what you want.

You will need to pursue the landowner/occupier to have any chance at all of recovering your money. Nevertheless you should still name LBS 'jointly and severally' when you issue your claim.
If the company has been operating without permission of the landowner/occupier then this get become difficult so gather as much information as you can and photographs as needed.

There is plenty of information about this company on both Pepippo and CAG. Their paperwork shows a VAT number that actually belongs to a well known bank, they have nearly a dozen outstanding CCJs against them, they seem to be falsify claiming to SIA registered (story) and finally, one of their vans was clamped for not displaying a tax disc.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

LBS Enforcement park there tow truck in the Comfort Hotel on Clacton seafront
  • I was recently taken by these cowboys at LBS Enforcement and had a night mare as they only have PO Box address which is a game shop with a mail forwarding service and never answer any of the emails or phone calls to them.

I managed to get my money back by entering a retailer dispute with my bank and they recovered the funds for me (£450).

For all those who have unpaid CCJ's against LBS Enforcement, send the bailiffs to the home address of one of the directors which is:

    3 Westray Walk
    Wickford
    Essex
    SS12 9LD

You can confirm this by checking their VAT Registratio number with the EU register, their number is 940 3365 39.

No more hiding behind that P.O Box!!!!!
