Is it a problem if someone buys from abroad with amazon (never used it before)? Or is the scam they want to do the transaction off amazon?

The scam is that they will say they will be paying through amazon, but the email that the seller saying "item sold" won't really be from amazon, it will be a fake.

If the seller posts the item, they have lost the item plus the expensive postage cost, and the scammer has the item for free.

It would appear that the scammers can not see the listing ID of the item on Amazon so beware of requests to give this as I suspect as soon as you give that information a fake "your item has sold" e-mail will follow.

    Dear Seller,
I want to purchase your as a birthday gift for my pastor who is onan OXFAM sponsored missionary work in Africa.

For anyone who doesn't know what onanism is, go and have a wee look at dictionary.com (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/onanism) and this posting takes on a whole new meaning! :D
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

Biggest clues are always when they post in caps like EBAY or AMAZON
