HSBC Letter

Hi just received a letter from hsbc, sayin regret to inform you we are unable to refund the charges as they were applied in lines with the t&C of you account.
they have asked me tocontact the financial guidance team so they can work out a income and expenditure assessment.
has anybody else received one of these letters if so please could you tell me the next step i should take, thank you

If you would like to claim on the basis of financial hardship, I would suggest you contact their financial guidance team.
The lending code will give you an idea of what is considered financial hardship
