Snags I think you can probably have a takeaway considering you haven't had breakfast or lunch! Or buy a meal for 1 from tesco etc.

Im being lazy and we are having fish and chips from the freezer....am really tired tonight and have to go to work tomorrow.
OH says he has spoken to B about going and Ive just spoken to her again and it seemed she didn't know a thing. Anyway doubt it will sink in for her until he goes on Sunday.

Tenmah - Dinner sounds lovely! I put my jimjams on when I got up this afternoon ;)

Even though I don't work I do very much look forward to weekends to see more of DD's.

DD1 and I have just plotted to "make-over" DD2's room whilst she's not here tomorrow - going to clean it, move the furniture around and make some big pictures to go on her walls....might run up some new curtains and cushions too....

What voice recog software did he recommend?
    What is a PDA?

    Bookie~Gah to exes :(

SRM ~ glad you have got your appointment & only weeny bit jealous of retail therepy:o
    How is your friend BTW?

It's Dragon he's recommended, and then something called Inspiration that helps with mind map type things for essay plans. After he showed me them I was like 'I really need to stop being a luddite'! I wont find out if it's approved for a couple of months though.

Gonzo (I think it was, I multiquoted but it didn't work), I don't think I'll get a choice about the laptop. When I had DSA when I tried 'real' uni many moons ago they decided the make and model and I had to get it from a particular small retailer. There's no way it was worth the 1.2k they paid for it! Mainly because I took a year out in between the assessment and getting the stuff, and I got the same laptop at the same price as at the assessment, when things had moved on so much it was worth so much less than that.

Hmm was just going to have a sandwich for tea but I'm really hungry. I've got to go out and get my tablets so I might nip into the M&S food place and see if there's anything I fancy, as well as some chilli crackers...
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
