No, didn't have any time to do more this afternoon, so there wont be any more progress until next weekend now.

My Dad called to collect Ryan though and he was impressed at how much I'd got done...then told me it would take a LONG time to get it finished, and even then it would be very hard work to keep the weeds at bay, and how was I going to manage that in between the kids, my job and looking after the house. <rolls eyes>

    Bless him...he means well...

Did you ask him if he was looking for a job :rotfl:

:rotfl: No...when stu moved out he said 'I'm going to have to come over nearly every week over summer now, because there's no way you will be able to keep on top of those huge lawns yourself'. He mowed them once, and even then they didn't really need doing...because I kept on top of them perfectly well all by myself.

Honestly, they think I am still 12!

They are fab in other ways though, so I shouldn't complain!

    I'm cold.
Can't be bothered to cook now - will tackle it in the morning,
Could do with a night in rather than going out. I'm turning into an old woman!
