Friday 12th March - What small DFW things have you done today?

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important
Morning...tis Friday!!!

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....I just opened the fridge to take the milk out, but the milk carton pulled the whole door shelf with it and my half bottle of white wine (was saving for later) came out and smashed all over the floor.....:mad::mad: The kitchen smells delightful now:rotfl:
And the sky box won't come on....girls are going to be sooo pleased...shall I just go back to bed now?!?!;);)
Ok...off to work for the morning, then my Mum coming for a couple of hours. DD2 is at a sleepover tonight so DD1 and I are having a takeaway to say well done for her latest school progress review:p
Ok, list:

Have a great day all of you!

Morning all
Sending phone call vibes to you cat to get the call you want!!!
Today is really my first day feeling normal again and feeling like I should be so I am going to embrace it, after my boss told me I had been "a bit spiky" over the last few days (this was right after saying that he knew I was ill and really appreciated me coming in, and that he wanted to send me home).
Anyways so today I will..........
- Go to Mr T's at lunch and buy from list
- Aim to sell one more purge for this month's cut off (Sunday)
- Speak to bro about babysitting tomorrow while I'm doing over time tomorrow
- Meal from meal plan (Schnitzel and boiled pots! yum)
- Lunch from home (mostly eaten at desk)
- Close any overage jobs
- Bill head gasket job as there are 15 hours in it! Yippee. Also search for any unbilled labour that can bring my numbers up for the month.
- One load of HC in before I left this morning, hang it on airer when I get home rather than tumble, then put another load in, trying to get ahead for the weekend!
- Keep up with onepoll surveys
- Keep an eye on ebay sales, I am up to £57.96 in bids so far with one day on one item (12 watchers) and 2 days on the other 6.
Hope everyone has a good day, I am feeling positive today!
Jx
