  • Another Moooldooom comes on here laying the law down to us all, when one simple rewrite of the DD mandate on the next visit to the gym would have cost next to nothing.

Besides, does OP fit car radios in the evening?

I don't care either way, but I thought the 5 bank accounts seemed a little excessive. That must take some juggling. No wonder mistakes happen.

As long as your happy ukk then i'm happy :D
The advice I give on here is based on my many years in the preservation industry. I choose to remain anonymous, I have no desire to get work from anyone. No one can give 100% accurate advice on a forum if I get it wrong you'll get a sincere apology and that's all:D

what I don't get is how UKK has a post count of 1 but has been thanked 28 times in 16 posts?

When you delete your own posts the number of thanked posts etc doesn't change but post count does.

did you get use of gym for the 6 months you had to pay for? if no, then its a LOSS.

write it off, move on- maybe buy a bike / weights..

gym memberships seem so overpriced, and needlessly difficult?

To all those people agreeing with the OP and patting him on the back. The bloke is clearly a muppet.

If he wasn't he would have sorted the problem out himself by being a bit more proactive rather than lazy.

He couldn't even remember (or SAID he couldn't remember lol) which bank account he'd used. He's clearly financially inept and doesn't keep accurate (if any) records.

Sounds like an idiot to me.

It does seem a rather hollow victory. Its cost you 6 months subscriptions for 2 months gym usage plus all the time, money and effort to defend this case.

Surely sometimes discretion is the better part of valor.
