if they put those speed bumps that are more like squares in the middle of each lane the only advise i can offer is buy a ford transit van,the wheelbase is wide enough to straddle these if you line it up right....work permit granted!0

Ask them to put in speed activated traffic light instead but that might cost a bit more. Or narrower lanes.
Expect greater wear on tyre and suspension damage and increased risk of blowouts.
