Heating & Plumbing central/NetPlumb

I had these guys, Heating & Plumbing central, come and service my combination boiler - no problem with boiler just thought it could do with a service as last one was 2 years before. They sent a contractor, NetPlumb, round, he did the job and then said he had never heard of the boiler make that I have, which is a Radiant(?!). A few days later, the boiler started to make a funny sound. Called contractor - he had said to call him if any problems, and this is where the problem starts. He said the service only covered the gas and not the water. He has also refused to come back and see what the problem is! I called Heating & Plumbing central and they will charge me a call-out fee for the same contractor to come and have a Look. Any ideas of what I should do? Also is it possible for the gas part of a combination boiler to be serviced but not the water part - it is a combination boiler after all (??!!!)
