can i reclaim the standard £12 late payment, overlimit fee??

i was just wandering if i can reclaim on the standard fee for credit cards? i am currently on a debt management plan so am experiencing financial hardship....please can someone advise me.....!

You wont be able to claim under financial hardship but check out the template letters on the site. There's a chance you'll get all the charges back plus 8% interest.Getting married 02.08.14
