Yes Yes Yes got 6 printed a receipt and code but no email but I suppose they are very busy. I am so glad wanted these for my son who has aspergers and in a small unit at school of 4 children and 3 adults and he is about to move on in July so thought these wld be a good leaving present for the group from him, now they will just have to decide which adult gets to stay behind, didn't want to risk trying for 7 in case they cancelled the order.0

Have just gone back onto the website and it shows my order that I have just made, how many tickets and my order number. Maybe you could try seeing if your order is showing there? HTH

I tried re-ordering and virtually repeated my previous experience - required 4 tickets but ordering system changed it to 6, then to 3 and finally on the payment page it was 5. It accepted payment and produced a receipt - again with somebody else's name and address on it. If you leave it to me it looks as though I'll be paying for all your tickets!!
Just checked with CC company again and they confirm that payment has been taken for both orders, but no email confirmation from Woburn yet. Hopefully I'll eventually get through to them by telephone and sort it out.0 -
i tried to order 6 tickets and the same happened it changed the ammount of tickets...and every time i tried to order it said error try again...i just checked my emails and iv got 5 lots of confirmation 6,5,2,3 and 0 tickets i dont know whats going on,i mean i dont mind i'v got people to give them to i just hope i dont lose all of them:(0

i've just ordered 4 tickets fine, only problem is the page that pops up with ref code states that it'll debit £4.0000 from my account! :eek:

I did get reciept in someothers name and because of it I thought I havent got charged and booked again and it again I got something in others name

but no confirmation email till now.. I'm going to try to give a call to them.0 -
If it's of help to anyone, I've been advised by a Woburn official to email their marketing department with details of receipt(s) issued online, actual requirement, name/address/tel etc and whether CC has been charged. They undertake to honour the required number of tickets (6 max). It was suggested that the email should also seek assurance about the security of personal details.
