    I have got as far as waiting for card to be processed and it just stops there for ages saying done, checked card company nothing gone through but nothing happening says don't exit or go back so not sure what to do

    Hi, I had the same problem and went through the whole process again. In fact my ordering was all ove the place. My card showed as taking £6 but my final showed £4. I couldn't get my receipt either! I phoned Woburn Abbey no 01525 290333 - the safari park is constantly busy! They told me they are experiencing lots of problem but it should be ok but to email marketing just to be sure. marketing@woburn.co.uk. Hope this helps

    I am still waiting for authorisation they will probs be already sold out by time sorted rang woburn eventually got through they said just keep trying but if I keep pressing authorise payment they probs take lots of £6's lol

    Try starting again - it's what I did. Maybe I did authorise too many payments - oh no! - lol

    I have just got 6 no probs. I was a bit worried about the receipt as I don't have a printer at home, but in the email they send there is a link to the receipt.

    Tried ordering 4 tickets, it changed the number in the basket at each stage of the process with 6 at the final payment page. It accepted the CC details and produced a receipt, but in someone else's name. Can't get through to Woburn, I guess they are under siege. No confirmation email received and nothing showing on CC account. I've no idea whether I've bought some or paid for someone else.
    What does this say about the security of your details?
