do you have a gas supply already in the kitchen?

if so should be very easy to do.

So presumably its a gas cooker.

This may sound silly but you have to get a plumber and also you have to ensure that he is 'Gas Safe' registered. This is the replacment name for Corgi Registered plumbers.
Your local Thompsons should be able to help unless you have a word with the neighbours.

Good luck in your new home.

Hope you bought one suitable for a flat or 'Multiple Occupancy Dwellings'.

That is, the hob burners must have fsd's fitted (thermocouples).

If not it is illegal to fit in your flat and I doubt you will find anyone who will fit it.

If there is already a gas connection near to the cooker space, it may have a bayonet connector, in which case you wont need a plumber, as you can just connect the flexible pipe yourself
