moneysupermarket and boiler question

Hi all,

I signed up to EDF around Nov/Dec through Moneysupermarket.com. Have I any chance of ever receiving my £30 dual fuel switch vouchers without a fight???? How do you contact them if not?

And re bills, they still seem high. I have my 2 yr old worcester greenstar at setting 3 and most of my rads up full. should i turn the boiler up and the rads down or ????

Note that moneysupermarket.com say in their own terms & conditions that it'll take about 2-3 months (and possibly up to 6 months) after the switch has taken place before you see your cashback.

Regarding your bills, if you turn the radiators down, they'll give out less heat which means you'll use less energy.
