Minky Outdoor Rotary Airer!

Ok we moved into a new house and with it we got a brand new Minky Rotary Airer - very nice of them...
The only problem is I have no idea how to put it up so that it will stay up lol I am probably being a very dumb blonde but they didn't leave any instructions!
Any ideas??
