Help/Advice needed re Non Receipt of Bank Charges Refusal

Hi all, could anyone tell me if there is a template letter or advise me?
I wrote to Barclays in July last year, requesting repayment of bank charges etc, but have not had any reply or refusal letter since the Supreme Court Case. I wondered if there was a letter I could send as to how they will be proceeding with my case. Many thanks in advance, hope someone can advise.

Did they confirm that they had received your original letter and that the complaint was on hold? Just call them, you don't need to write to them to see if they are proceeding with your claim.Getting married 02.08.14

Whilst you can phone, I would suggest putting this in writing and sending a copy of the previous correspondence.
You should keep everything in writing and keep copies as these may be needed later eg FOS or court. Please ignore those people who post on this forum who deliberately try to misinform you. Don't be bullied by them, don't be blamed by them. You know who I mean.
You come here for advice, help and support- thats what I and like minded others will try to do.0 -

Thanks for replying, yes I have all the previous correspondence and yes they did responde to my first letter, explaining that they were awaiting the outcome of the original court case. But most people have had a reply by now but I have not.0 -

Hi and thanks for your reply. Yes they sent me a reply quoting the outcome of the original court case.
orc. says it is better to write, would they still answer me in writing if I phoned?0 -
If you asked them to. You have to think about how often paperwork goes missing, how long it might take for them to respond. If you call them you'll have an answer right away as to what's going on. And any resolution that they might offer you they have to confirm in writing anyway!!Getting married 02.08.14
