collecting atletico madrid tickets through servicaixa in madrid? pls help!

I am looking to buy atletico madrid football tickets for may. it says on the servicaixa website, where i planning to buy them, that you can collect them from a servicaixa terminal




when you click on the link on the website to find out where they are it is spanish, so just wondered if anyone knew where these are in madrid if they are easy to find?

the terminals are like ours operating 24/7 but the branches are only open from 8.15/14.00hrs,

I have never done this type of transaction so it may be best to go to a branch first.

Just a point of order - Atletico don't play at the Bernabeu. They are at the Vicente Calderon.;)
