no i dont mean it like dont believe it,but after reading so many articles on banks being strict with limits,seems hard to believe they are being strict,just giving them sort of limits are crazy,0

It's all relative. Giving £18K credit to somebody on £20K a year would be crazy.
I have friends on poor salaries - under £20K a year who have had £10K limits in the past. That makes no sense to me.
It's all about affordability, and if the OP has a good salary and a very good credit history, then there's low risk to the lender offering that sort of credit line.0 -
same with one of my mates he is self-employed has not worked for about 3 years but when he apply for credit he always get around a £6000 limit,never seems to get turned down,it seems strange how he is a card tart who can change over his cards when he like get accepted for any card and dont work0

Well he must put his income in at more than £0 per annum otherwise they would decline.
He also must have a good credit file, showing that he can manage the credit responsibly.0 -
