I just wanted to share a great experience with as many people as possible as I feel it's warranted.
My DH bought me a stunning filofax for christmas which I promptly registered online. I then recieved an email offering my £5 off products (advertising Mothers Day) My sisters birthday is this weekend and had commented on mine so I thought the hot pink mothers day package would be a great buy (filofax, pen, atonomiser pen, mirror, inserts PLUS a vouchers for a haircut or mini beauty treatment) I first went to order this in Tuesday but as at work was taking a little bit of time i didn't have to spend so I exited without paying.
The next day, Wednesday, I recieved an email saying they valued my opinion as to why i had not completed my purchase and if I completed a very short survey I could claim 15% discount. RESULT!
I ordered the above which included free P&P so I paid £28 in total for the above and to totally exceed my expectations it was delivered TODAY , THURSDAY!
Wow a great result!
