connecting to Web problem (wanadoo/orange)

Have been having a problem in the last 10 days connecting to the web.

Turn PC on, double click the speedtouch connection icon, the thing loads and then says password not valid.

This has happened about 10 times. I then turn it off after a few attempts and come back a couple of hours later and hey presto, it works.

I have not changed any settings or anything......

Anyone know what is happening and why????

I'm on Wanadoo/orange broadband.

    I use them too, and I randomly get periods where it won't connect and gives weird errors instead. I think it's probably down to a duff server at their end, though when I've called them it's impossible to convince their call center staff that it's a problem with their network rather than my PC even though it's pretty damn obvious to anyone with a clue about technical issues.

    that sounds about right...have emailed them, so will post any response i recieve here.
