Off topic I know but seen as plumb1, msp etc will be reading this thread I just wanted to say if you advertise in bt phone book, thomsoms local then PM me and i will tell u how to save a few quid ( although you might know already)

Again you have been very helpful- all points that I will be putting to my plumber on Monday..its always the same when I get tradespeople out for quotes. Think I'll start asking my dad to start seeing to them, maybe then they wont feel obliged to take the p$++ with prices!!!!
