Need some unpalatable plants

Hi,
I need to plant up some plants that animals are not going to find tasty (mainly rabbits and sheep), It is out in the wilds so fencing them out is not an option. I would like some smelly things


oo and quite hardy and wind tolerant

What about a curry plant? The smell of that is meant to deter animals. Although I did have a cat who was rather partial to curry and tried to eat it, but I can't imagine sheep and rabbits having a penchant for curry!

Geraniums (pelargoniums) are thought to have developed a strong scent to deter herbivores so worth a try (not hardy though). Most rabbits avoid hardy geraniums though starters often nibble them. Are not daffodils safe?

ooo i don't know about dafs, something is twigging in my head tha they might be poisonus (bulbs)
