Hi ev1.......
After waiting and waiting (in between calling and calling CSA), been told something different for a change today.
Apparently, after the last time I called, not workable has now been put on my case. Do any of you know what this means please?!
All help will be much appreciated. Thankyou.:)
Sorry, forgot to say, I have been waiting to hear back or even receive a letter from the CSA for over 2 1/2 yrs now. When I asked the person today what not workable meant, he said neither him nor his supervisor had seen it before!!

What exactly is the situation? Have they not been able to find the NRP or something?Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0

NRP lives 15 mins up the road from me. I gave them that full address. NRP works 20 mins from here, I gave them that full address. I have given NRP`s full details right at the very beginning.
Late last year, I was told by the CSA that they were going to put a trace on him and his wages through the Inland Revenue as he was failing to reply to all correspondence. The trace apparently came back that he was not working
he has been working full time at the given work address for at least 2 years now so, I`m assuming he is being paid cash in hand if it`s not traceable through the IR--unless any of you can think why else it wasn`t showing up??
It`s crazy, I have put in 2 complaints and never heard a thing! I know there are thousands of people in similar situations but, any advice would be great please.0 -

How bizarre! Can you gather any evidence of where he lives and works?
Does he have contact with the child/ren?
Might be an option to contact your local MP, always seems to be the next step on previous threads I've read on here. Right a letter of complaint and then see what they come up with!Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. Thanks for your reply,
I really do feel for you! I know how frustrated I`m feeling after this long, I dread to think how you must feel. At least parents like us can say we really did raise our children without their financial help!!! Take Care.0 -

Hi,
This may sound very odd but, I honestly have never thought to contact our MP. Thanks for that!
As for contact with the children well, I`m sorry to say, they are not his number one priority and he "pops" down on Birthdays and Christmas time.
I must state at this point that, when we were together, he was a very good dad,was always lucky to have full time work and I would`ve never thought for one minute he would be this way with them.
At first, I thought maybe it was because of the break-up being quite new, but, after nearly 3 years and both of us having new partners, I am still finding it difficult to accept his lack of interest.
As for gathering evidence
I am seriously not the type to go and take a pic of him at work---although I have been very tempted!!
Thanks for your advice-much appreciated.:)0 -
If anyone can help, would be great ty.0

do you not have a contact number for him? and would a private arrangement not be something you could agree to?
Funny how they lose interest, very sad, but it seems to happen alot!Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0 -

You might want to notify the Inland Revenue of his working arrangements.:p0 -

You need to ask them to check it again - different officers will try differing things as sooooo many people here will tell you. Its taken me 5 years to get the CSA to understand that my ex has quite a lucrative business and is making a fair bit of money, certainly more than he is telling them (mind you last time he spoke to them he told them he had no work - not what he posted on the web!!!!). Eventually someone will take it seriously, you can ask for it to be referred to criminal compliance if you think he is not telling the truth, it will still take a few months but at least it will be going in the right direction!
