Good news, hopefully others will soon, it can take a little while for things to settle down sometimes.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

To be honest, I think it's pretty rare for someone on a DMP to have all their creditors "accept".
If creditors accept and stop charges/interest, then that is great. If they don't then you just keep paying the DMP regardless.
I know it's tough when you continue to get hassle from these companies, but ultimately if they don't like it then they can go to court or sell the debt to a DCA. 99% of the time the 2nd of those.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi
One of my creditors who I held two accounts with also refused my CCCS DMP from the start, but as another poster said they continued to take the payment anyway and didn't hassle me at all. After six months of payments they then sold both of my accounts to a DCA, one has accepted my DMP and the other has just been informed of it.
Regarding CCJ'S I don't have any YET but if you get help with the court papers etc, It's my understanding that the judge will more than likely set your repayment as to what you pay that creditor via your DMP provider sometimes it can be less and sometimes more, but at least the creditor can no longer demand an increase without the permission of the court.DMP mutual support thread member:3270
