I've just been looking at flights to New Zealand in September and this site seems to return results almost £200 cheaper per ticket than anyone else. It seems too good to be true so of course I am wary...

Has anyone had any experience of them?

I really want the cheap tickets but I don't want to get stung in any way!

Hi,
They are ATOL bonded and members of ABTA.
ATOL is the most important.
You will be ok.(mind you I would have liked to see some company info)
Are you sure it includes the tax.On their site it dosnt,theres the catch.

Compare their price with https://www.trailfinders.com and see if they can beat them.

BTW if you need one night in a hotel somewhere on the trip, trailfinders might be able to do a flight+hotel at a good price.

No, because of their habit of quoting prices excluding taxes and confusing you into thinking that they are £200 cheaper and the fact they tried to con you into using a 0870 number.

At least they quote the inclusive price on their main website; http://www.benztravel.co.uk/
