Santander zero

Hi, last Tuesday I applied for a santander zero cc 2/3. Having not heard anything as of yet 11/3, I decided to contact them. Apparently, I have been conditionally accepted and paperwork has been posted to me. I need to sign and return in order to receive cc and pin.
My concern is, I hope to have the card ready for use by the 30/3. Does anyone know, once you've returned paperwork, how long it normally takes to receive cc/pin?
The guy I spoke to seemed to think it should be ok.

Hopefully you will be all sorted by then. I applied near the start and there were delays but banks are always under resourced for offers that appear on MSE.
I didn't think they still had big delays.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep
