Santander Withdrawals in Branch?

Being a complete idiot, I forgot my PIN number for my Santander debit card. I've requested a new one but they're helpfully sending it to me in 7-10 days.
If I take my card in to a Santander branch, will they let me withdraw cash from them? Will I need to take some ID etc?
Thanks all!

It would have been a good idea to ask when you arranged for the new PIN.
Don't know whether they'll do it in branch or not but they would certainly need ID, otherwise you could be anybody who had simply picked up the card, couldn't you?
Suggest that you ring Santander and ask.0 -
You can draw between £30 and £500 over the counter with the card.0

Bring photo id like your passport and don't mention not having a PIN. There is some sort of "no pin" cash withdrawal limit of , I think, £20. I had no PIN for a while and I managed to get £500 in branch. I vaguely recall saying I didn't have a PIN to one cashier and they said they could give me £20 or something. I went to another branch and didn't mention it and got £500.0
