£6 leg of lamb at Co-op

    sainsburys have lots of joints of meat half price at the mo, yesterday i got a leg of lamb (nz) which was £4.50 ish a kg, they also had beef joints and gammon joints on the offer.

    I was in Sainsbury's last night and all the meat joints were huge :(

    Yeah they were at mine as well, esp the gammon so i didnt bother with that, but got a 2kg lamb for £9 but will last us for quite a few meals as only me and the 2 little ones eat it anyway,
  • great value, just bought 3 for a tenner each, they are not just legs they are the legs plus top part of legs this will last at least 2 meals and is £8 cheaper than others

    Why not just cut them down to size when you get home ?
