He's a civil servant now!! Probably go on strike next or moan about 6 weeks holiday and 10 days sick not being enough, let alone the extra bank holidays!!!0

Well it would be a headache. However, with the right papers/permissions this might be allowed. "Ignorance of the Law excuses no one", so I would rather ask first and verify the legalities before taking such an endeavor.0
