If your exit was clear when you entered the box junction then no contravention occurred, I believe. Did 'white van man' pull in front of you and block your exit, it certainly looks that way! In which case it's not a fair cop. Have you viewed the video evidence of this moving traffiic offence, it may well show your exit was clear when you entered the box junction (plenty of Councils issue PCNs anyway, featuring a still photo designed to make you think you are bang to rights when you may not be).

There may be several other reasons why it's not a fair cop as well.

The box junction markings may not be compliant (many are notoriously wrong).

The PCN/NTO you received may have flawed dates or small print. Post a copy of the front and back of it on the pepipoo forums on a new thread (read the FAQs before registering and posting for the first time).

you cant enter the box unless the exit is clear unless you are turning right & only being blocked by oncoming traffic.

BUT if u claim the van blocked you they may have his picture.
I would say my exit was not blocked it looks like u could have pushed up a little further not blocking the junction ?
