Extending an underpinned property

Am about to buy a 1930's semi and had planned to extend into the loft, however I have just discovered that the property was underpinned c.25 years ago. There doesn't appear to have been any further movement to the property since this work was done, but wasn't sure if this would have any knock-on implications for extending into the loft space. Views?
