£125 Knife Block Set FREE

Saw a similair offer in the Mail on Sunday a few months ago, got online, and ordered the 'free' 5-piece set, with an additional 2 knives and a block, for a total of £30 inc p&p.
2 weeks later, 2 sets turned up...... bonus!
Sold one set to a friend for £20, and kept the other for myself.
Only ever got charged £30 though !!!0 -
I bought this set a couple of months back, arrived in about 2 weeks, they're takng the mick a bit by charging a tenner masquerading as p&p, then making you wait that long for your ten pounds worth of postal service, having said that it's a reasonably nice set of knives which I don't think you'd ever find on the High Street for a better quality compared wth price, a little light maybe and there appears to be concerns over dishwasherproofness, but I'm very happy with mine......0

Does anyone have a phone number for this company or email address?
I ordered these a while back and the end of the knife snapped off and ended up in my food!
Need to get hold of them to complian.
Thanks for your help in advance0 -
Try 0870 845 8260. This is not the number on their website but it's where they put you through to after holding for ages. Don't bother mailing them as they'll ignore you. The knives are fine for a tenner but no points for customer service.0

probably worth it but Asda sell similar for £2-5 each FWIW.0

Thank you for letting us know, you do have to pay p&p though so it should be posted under the 'shop but dont drop' forum but thanks for taking to time to post.

I've just got back from Matalan and they have lots of good looking knife sets in blocks - all half price.
They vary in price but none of them cost more than £10 in the sale and they look excellent quality - and of course it's easy to take them back if you have problems1I'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!
I'm not losing my hair... I'm getting more head!!0
