There was a thread on here [which I can't find] mentioning that Egg had emailed to offer certain customers 1.9% BTs until 1st June 2005. I sent a message to Egg about this yesterday, as the details of this offer [as 'footnotes'] were included in their email notification [the one that says: ''Your statement has arrived'']…

i'll hazard a guess at the meaning of balance crystallisation...... is it when they reduce your interest on your current outstanding balance without having to go through the hassles of balance transfers?
