Ive sold a bok on amazon, however, I cant find the blasted thing anywhere

How do i refund the buyer?

Hi ya,

Do the following:
When on the amazon home page click on 'your account' (in the top right corner)
Then half way down the screen on the right there is a box called 'auctions, z-shops and marketplace' in that box click on 'your seller account'
Then half way down the next page is a title saying 'manage your orders', below that title click on 'view your recent marketplace orders'. On the next page click on the order number and the item with buyer details plus a refund button will come up.

I think there are a couple of ways of doing it but I think the simplest is to go nto you Seller Account, click 'View your recent Marketpklace Orders', then click on the Order ID number (this is above the title of the book you have sold). Then if you scroll down on the right hand side you will see a button to instigate the refund.
