Online Forms not working

I keep missing out on offers because of online forms not working properly.
Everything works ok until it comes to entering first line of address and postcode. The form can be set up so it automatically completes your address and theres no option to enter it manually.
There have been a number of occasions where I have had to give up altogether.
This happened with EasyMobile and also with Vodaphone websites where I wanted to apply for offers. The forms just become impossible to complete and theres no response to the submit button.
The house I live in has been standing since 1736 and is even named on the Ordance Survey map
It appears on some automated forms but not all
Its very frustrating
Does anyone know what companies supply the information for these automated forms to pick up. Then maybe I can contact them to have it put right?

i would imagine there are several companies which provide that sort of information... most websites have an option for you to enter the information manually, the others you could always email the information if its that important.0
