I purchased a TOSHIBA 17WL46 (UK MODEL) LCD TV from ELECTRICALSCENTRE.COM after finding them on Kelkoo to be the cheapest site and after seeing the site say the item was in stock.
I received an email confirmation confirming I would receive the TV within 2-10 working days.
All fine.....
Except 3 weeks later..... no sign of the TV, no emails, nothing.
Thats fine, I thought, I'll just give them a call to see if its been sent yet..... Oh no, wait, I won't do that because all their lines are engaged 24/7 !
Ok fair enough, I'll check the "Order Status" page on their website.... Oh no, wait, they dont have one!
Ok fair enough, I'll email them.... Oh no, wait, they dont reply!
Anyway, FINALLY managed to get through to them after redialling about 50million times one morning. The guy sounded like he just got out of bed and said they wouldnt have stock of the item for 2 weeks. I asked him why they didnt bother to notify me and he said he didnt know, and so I ended up cancelling the order.
The only reason I ordered with them is because they were the cheapest on Kelkoo and they "had the item in stock". Bah! Waste of time!
