My order of curtain poles was delivered on Friday. I am glad I checked it (not needed for months yet) as half of it is wrong or missing. Just waiting until 10 to call them.

Have you checked how much has been refunded? Tesco often refund the original higher price rather than the offer price. It seems that when products go out of stock they revert to their normal price on the Tesco system.
    sadlyonly what I paid.

I dont have a big Tesco close to me (I'm in London) so I couldn't select store delivery. Was looking for a free delivery code, and found that the new code Tesco has published for "£5 off Bedding, Bathroom and Home accessories when you spend £50" (which can be found here: http://direct.tesco.com/p/inc/specials/catalogue2010/ecoupons.asp) does actually work if your total is more than £50 BEFORE the promo discounts.

So in my case, my curtains where £35 before the promo price, reduced to £8.50. As I ordered 2, the total came to £70 before the promotional 75% off was applied, so the above £5 off code worked! result: free home delivery.

    Very pleased, thank you OP>

Get a funny feeling I'm going to be told my item is out of stock, website said it would be delivered to store after 4pm on Friday but phoned them and Tesco said it wasnt there yet and that they would call me when it arrived at store.

My order was only one item and I see that Tesco have taken payment on 11/03/10, I thought I was paying instore! With people saying that they have received refunds for unavailable stock, I don't want to hedge my bets on payments=goods until the phone rings.

OH laughed that phonecall to Tesco on Friday probably cost more than the £2.24 I'm paying for my roller blind lol

just got home with mine, haven't opened it but the napkins aren't thin at all, at least not compared to my existing tablecloths, I'm keeping it.

Thanks! I've picked mine up now and must say I'm pleased with the quality tho the napkins are a bit on the small side. The tablecloth, however is absolutely huge!! The damask-type fabric is quite 'limp' tho.....might have to get busy with the spray starch for that crisp feel.
    Bargain for £4 though :j

    Many thanks to OP :T

Clicked through on the link that the start of this thread and there were only a few lamps and curtains - is this because everything has sold?
