Can't find F/T Working guarantor

hi all, heres my situation;

i sold my house in Oct 09 and moved into a rental property arranged via the agent that sold the house.

now i want to move into another rented property with another agent. this new agent is asking for a full-time working guarantor as i work part-time. however i cannot find one. my employer has refused in case they are pursued for unpaid rent. now i realise everyone else i know either works part-time or is retired.

there is 75K sitting in my bank accounts so paying the rent indefinitely will not be a problem.but i seem stuck because i can't get soemone to sign this form.

does anyone have any advice?

    can't you ask to pay all the rent upfront for the rental term? I know someone who has done that due to the same reason as yours. Therefore you don't need a guarantor.

    Pay the rent upfront for the 6 months of the initial AST. If they won't wear that, then they are a bit limited in faculties above the neck and you need to find another agent.

    Honestly, asking a grown person for a guarantor when there is 75000 in the bank ...
