A damp duster is the best thing
I was once told to make sure I clean it when the screen is cold as well.....Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. yes make sure the screen is cold - then i use the cloth that came with the tv for cleaning it, as instructed slightly damp then dry off with kitchen towel - and it never smears. the cloth is very much like the ones you get with your new spectacles! but i dont see why a damp microfibre cloth shouldnt work too. its important not to use any chemical cleaners I think rather than what type of cloth.0

all of the above is brilliant advice. Just DONT use furniture polish! Itll do more harm than good!0

good advice clive - or glass cleaner or anything other than plain old water!!!0

Screen cold, damp microfibre cloth. Then buff it when dry with a dry one.
Don't use kitchen towel if your a tight wad, the cheap stuff leaves scratches! I know.0 -
hi all thanks for your replies,
i damped down my microfibre cloth with just water and it worked a treat and now it looks as good as new. so a big thanks to you all as i was petrified of ruining my tv!!
