MSE site - quicklinks dropdowns gone?

Hi folks,

For some reason the dropdown arrow next to my 'quicklinks' and all the other menu items has dissappeared so i can't get to my 'quicklinks'. It's fine on my home pc - but not on my work one using ie (where i am now).
Can anyone tell me what setting to change to get them back as i have tried but failed thus far.
