Thanks though doctor, we'll bear your advice in mind! Wen to my sainsburys last week and they didnt have any - would like to try these just once.

Actually, for some people it is good for them - young children need the fat and calcium that it provides and GP's recommend it as another source to milk. On top of that its on the advice list for all new parents to ensure a balanced diet for your kids.

On a more general note you can say that most food stuffs arent good for you but there are very few that are not good for you at all, its called moderation and self control.

Now, rant over, can we keep this thread for finding the deal and if you have an issue over healthy eating take it to the right board.

Thanks OP, I'm low-carbing and cheese is def on my menu, it's just so expensive normally so this is fab - hope I can find some
