Halifax reclaiming, any thoughts...

Hi there,
1st post so bear with me, I just wanted peoples thoughts on the following, and to see if anyone else had received anything similar from halifax
story so far....
Commenced reclaiming, then everything was put on hold. following the hold my claim was rejected. I must point out that there's no hardship issues here, i just think that the charges are not right etc so if im honest was chancing my arm and hoping for the best.
I wrote back to Halifax using one of martin's letters with the CCA arguements and the new approach etc.
Subsequently receieved a futher rejection letter..however... the following day I recieved a nother letter telling me to disregard the previous day's communication as my case was still being investigated (this was 17th February).
I have since rung Halifax and they confirm that investigations are ongoing, so I have to sit tight for now.
has anyone else had something similar? or any thoughts what they are looking into? all very curious
Many thanks

That is an interesting letter and I haven't seen it before(not saying that it hasn't been done before). I will be very interested in their response to you when it arrives though....definitely keep the thread updated please0

I definately will do, even if it all goes wrong. I think Halifax have a policy of replying within 4 weeks from what the voice message says on the complaints phone line so i should hear in a week
fingers crossed0
