Hi I am a single mother with one child and I am currently struggling quite bad with my money due to last year, I lost my job. I am trying to work out a plan to sort my finances out and I thought I start with my house hold bills trying to get them cheaper does anyone a good site I can use.

Hi brad500! Sorry things are tough at moment for you but your on the right site for help! If you click at the box on top of this page that says utilities and phones you will get to Martins advice for finding best sites to go on. Plus I know theres a forum on here for debt management and ways to save money- think if you type in search bar youll find link but probably an expert will post in a minute! Hi Brad - you have ended up in the IwonIwonIwon forum. I will ask a BG to move you to a more suitable forum. Probably Gas and Electricity, or Debt Free Wannabe, as suggested by zray. Zray you will have to go along for the ride to Hold tight.

I'll try to get hold of a BG for this board - unfortunately I can't move posts or threads out of a board to one I BG - only FROM ones I BG if that makes sense

Brad500 I would start with posting on the DFW board for help - they can direct you to all the various sites you will need for your utilities but also everything else If you post up a copy of your statement of affairs (SOA) on there they can have a look and tell you where you can cut back etc.

Thank you for your advice I am in the process of sorting my bills out at the moment with help from my best friend. Hopefully she get me on the right track.
