Well the fire did arrive and it did come with the free bits. So all sorted thanks to a phone call from Morso UK.

Glad you eventually got what you ordered. Best thing you can do is try and put it behind you, and not recommend them to friends in future!

I had exactly the same issues with Hot Fires, slow delivery, Free bits missing, REALLY poor customer service. You pay for the discount with your time
But... I have a brilliant Stovax 5 now and we are all toastie!
